Once your return is inspected and approved at our warehouse, we can transfer your refund directly to your Bank Account, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 3 to 5 business days. Alternatively, we can issue instant store credit for your next purchase.
We offer a hassle-free 7-day return window if your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong size/product. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

As long as your order hasn’t left our warehouse (usually within 12 hours of ordering), we can easily update your address. Please message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID as soon as possible to make the change.
